The price includes your accommodation, off road parking for your car, and breakfast. Please note we do not serve cooked breakfasts.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage, extra cleaning or breakages.
We do not accept liability for any injury to any guest, nor for any loss or damage to guests’ possessions (including any vehicles) unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
If you cancel within 7 days of your booking, we reserve the right to take payment for the full booking amount. If you cancel within 21 days, we reserve the right to take 25% of the full booking amount. If you do not arrive, you will be charged for the full amount.
Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. We would appreciate being advised of any change in your anticipated arrival time. We are only very small and there is not necessarily always somebody here. We do not guarantee that rooms will be ready before 4.00pm but will do our best for those guests arriving early.
We ask that rooms be vacated by 10.30am. If you wish to leave your car with us, please ask. We have plenty of parking and it should not be a problem.
This is a no smoking establishment, although you can smoke outside in designated areas.
