Vinegar Hill Pottery self-catering holiday accommodation is situated in a leafy part of Milford on sea, five minute stroll to the village centre, less than a 10 minute walk to the local beaches, a stones throw from the Keyhaven marshes, and a short drive to the fabulous New Forest National Park.
The Milford holiday rental is perfectly set up for large families, with a 3/4 of an acre garden, the house has recently been tastefully refurbished and provides a fantastic base in a wonderful location. Sleeps 12.
The holiday accommodation includes: 2 reception rooms, 1 large kitchen diner with bifold doors onto the terrace and large south facing garden (3/4 acre), 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 laundry/ downstairs toilet. Fibre optic broadband.
Reception 1: Sitting area, wooden floors with TV and talk talk digi box, dvd player, fireplace and wood burning stove.
Kitchen Diner: Large, light, spacious L shaped kitchen diner with terracotta floors, bi-fold doors onto terrace, kitchen table that easily sits 10, fridge freezer, range cooker, dishwasher, TV with freeview and built in DVD player, blue tooth sound system.
Reception 2: Oak floors, oak table to accommodate 4-6, sofa and TV with built in freeview and DVD player. Kettle.
Bedroom 1: Double (kingsize bed) with vaulted ceilings, oak beams, wooden floors plenty of cupboard space, beautiful ensuite shower room and views onto the garden.
Bedroom 2: 2 singles in a light spacious, quirky bedroom in the eves with velux windows, next to the family bathroom. Hanging space and 2 chest of drawers. A great kids room.
Bedroom 3: A small bedroom - either a double or single. Bedside table with lamp.
Bedroom 4: A good size kids bedroom with one hightop bed and one optional single (put up bed). One chest of drawers. Windows overlooking the garden.
Bedroom 5: Ground floor. Spacious family room with kingsize double bed and one single. Option to have second single put up bed. Bathroom next door. One very large chest of drawers.
Bedroom 6: Spacious, light and airy loft room with good sized ensuite shower room. Chest of drawers and hanging space. Kettle, toaster, bistro table and two chairs. NOTE: this bedroom is separate from the main house and accessed via a spiral staircase so only for the able bodied.
Downstairs loo/ laundry/ utility: Small space with loo, belfast sink, cleaning materials , washing machine and dutch airer. There is no tumble dryer but a good sized washing line outside.
Garden: The garden consists of a terraced area outside the double doors with large teak table and seating for 12. There is also an optional smaller garden table with chairs for guests use. South facing 3/4 acre garden with lawn, beds and woodland area at the bottom. Kids climbing frame also for guest use.
Off street car parking: Available for 5 cars.
